March 2019 // Presentation of the new method Spotlight-Test at the GOR conference 2019 in Cologne

This year, at the GOR conference, we introduce our new method, Spotlight Test. The aim of the innovative, explorative approach is to support the creative departments in agencies and to bring to life product categories and target groups with qualitative data.

The compact study design (e.g. associative, creative tasks and mobile diaries) provides inspiring insights into the daily lives of consumers in order to identify points of entry for communication and advertising initiatives. At the beginning of the year, we conducted a study on two different product categories. Selected results and learnings will be presented on Thursday, March 7 at 10:45 in Cologne (Session A12 / Room 154).

The GOR is one of the first conferences in the European area since 1997 intensively engaged in online research. It is organized annually by the German Society for Online Research e.V. (DGOF). Further information and registration options can be found at www.gor.de

 

October 2018 // KERNWERT at Research & Results in Munich

This year the annual branch meeting will take place on 24th and 25th of October. As in recent years, we will be presenting our new developments at our booth (hall 1 / 172).

In our workshop "The Moment Counts ľ Deeper Understanding of Target Groups Through Digital Diaries" we provide some exciting insights into the possibilities of digital diaries, present proven settings and explain what to consider when planning. (Thursday, 25 October, 09.45-10.30, Room 8)

October 2017 // QDC Studio 10 - Major update with mobile moderation and automatic analysis

For version 10 of our software, we completely revised the design of the administration level and further adapted the navigation to the project workflow. In addition, we optimized the administration for the mobile use via tablet, so that you can now moderate and control your study on the go.

Also in the area of evaluation, a lot has happened: We have developed an automatic analysis of the results for all tools of our Touch Tool Collection (e.g. card sorting, ranking, scales) ľ for a fast overview of structured and closed questions with a direct export for the use in presentations.

The new version will be available for our clients in all new projects from now on. We will be happy to show you the changes in detail ľ personally or via web meeting. Please just contact us in order to schedule a meeting.

August 2014 // Update: Extended real-time search and image stream

We extended out real-time search to optimize the presentation and evaluation of image results: In addition to the existing keyword search in all results, from now on you can also search specifically for images. Furthermore you will find a new image stream on the dashboard page showing all images at a glance.

 

June 2013 // Visualisation of final data - Heat map and reporting tool

We have enhanced and optimized the visualisation of results of our creative tools. With the sketch-tool, which for example is used for packaging tests, final data can be additionally visualized and summed up in a heat map. This way, it makes it even easier for researchers to obtain a fast overview and present data in a appealing way. The results of the drag&drop-tools, which can for example enable a visual collection of brand relations, will still be be shown as separate results. Additionally, with the new reporting-tool number and position of items can be counted, hence quantifiable final data can be generated.

 

March 2013 // Software Update - QDC Studio 7

The 7th generation has been released! We are very pleased to announce the release of the updated version 7 of our software QDC Studio. The update includes optimized administration for easy organisation, programming and moderation of online studies. One of the highlights: the new dashboard which gives an overview of recent activities within your project. The new video assistant offers step by step tutorials explaining the main project steps - effective and easy to understand. Furthermore there are some smaller customizations. For example: one click lock of inactive participants, excel export of Quick Poll results, checking of dynamic links in the form check, new sorting of active/inactive profiles and many more.

For the qualitative market research which naturally depends on the fact that participants have confidence in the research environment and can express themselves freely and openly, the subjects data protection and security are of a central meaning.
