View through the eyes of the participants - How to motivate and inspire people in research communities
September 2020 // More and more companies are engaging in fast and intensive exchange with their target groups in research communities. The success of a research community depends largely on committed and motivated participants. On 29.09. we will present the Kernwert motivation model, which allows you to include the participants' perspective from the very beginning.
In the web seminar we present the results and learnings of our in-house study on participant motivation in research communities and introduce the Kernwert motivation model that was developed based on the study results. By means of motivation fields, it enables the participants' viewpoint to be included in the conception of a community and thus inspire all participants from the very beginning.
On 29.09. we will present the Kernwert motivation model in a joint web seminar with marktforschung.de and explain what is important when designing a community.
