On working days, you will generally receive a quote for your study within 24 hours. For more complex enquiries, we will discuss your requirements with you and agree on the next steps and timing.
You can increase your allowance at any time by sending us a message. We will inform you of any costs in advance.
Yes, you receive the same technical support by phone and email. If you need support at short notice, for example a check-up or a call about methods, we charge only for the work actually required.
